Holidays

Booked through Rewards Cruise Booking operating as a retail Travel Agency are governed by these conditions and our website notice legal Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully. Should you require any clarification, please ask your Sales Consultant at the time of booking.

1) Your Contract

Your holiday arrangements are booked through Rewards Cruise Booking . Our registered office is at [Your Office Address Here] and our registered company number is [Your Company Number]. We are members of ABTA (ABTA number if applicable).

We act as a booking agent for suppliers of cruises, flights, holiday accommodation and other services. Please read these booking conditions carefully as you will be bound by them.

Your contract is with the suppliers of the services and your booking is subject to the suppliers' terms and conditions. As agents, we accept no liability for any failure in services or loss suffered.

2) Supplier Conditions

All bookings are subject to the supplier’s conditions. Amenities and itineraries may change. We will inform you where possible but are not responsible for supplier changes.

3) Making Your Payment

  • Deposit and balance due based on supplier’s policy.
  • Booking is confirmed only once a confirmation has been sent.
  • All payments must be made in GBP.
  • No credit card fee promotions apply only to initial transactions.

4) Prices and Accuracy of Promotional Material

Prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

5) Your Tickets

Tickets and documents are typically sent 7–10 days before departure. Please contact us at cruise@rewardscruisebooking.com if you don’t receive them in time.

6) Travel Insurance

You must have adequate travel insurance. We may ask for proof.

7) Special Requests

We will pass on any special requests to the supplier but cannot guarantee them.

8) If You Cancel

To cancel, contact us in writing at Customer Services, Rewards Cruise Booking [Your Full Address].

Cancellation charges vary by supplier and time of cancellation. Please review our full policy and your travel insurance coverage.

9) Alterations by the Supplier

Changes made by suppliers are beyond our control. We will notify you where possible but cannot offer compensation.

10) If You Have a Complaint

  • Contact the supplier immediately if a problem arises.
  • For issues with our service, email us at cruise@rewardscruisebooking.com.
  • Unresolved complaints may be referred to ABTA (if we are a member).
